Welcome to the SMS Terms and Conditions ("Terms") for PICCCC’s SMS services provided through Microsoft Teams. These Terms govern your use of our SMS functionality for general, non-marketing communication, such as coordinating meetings, sharing project updates, or sending task reminders. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these Terms.

All opt-in methods disclose: brand name (PICCCC), message types (reminders, updates, informational notices), frequency (1–4 per week), “Message and data rates may apply,” opt-out instructions (STOP, HELP, START), and links to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Our SMS services allow users to send and receive text messages through Microsoft Teams using SMS-enabled Microsoft Calling Plan phone numbers. The service is intended for one-on-one or small group communications (up to 49 recipients per campaign) for business purposes only. This service is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid mobile phone number to use our SMS services. By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the provided mobile phone number.
Opt-in is required via one of the methods listed above. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.” To resume, reply “START.” For assistance, reply “HELP” or contact us at PartnersInChristCCC@protonmail.com / +1-210-578-0961.
Messages are limited to text-only business communication. Prohibited uses include marketing, spam, or unlawful content.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our SMS Privacy Policy for details. Mobile opt-in data will be used solely for PICCCC informational communication and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
We strive to provide reliable SMS services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may discontinue at any time by opting out.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PICCCC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the cost of the service, if any.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kerr County, Texas.
