Welcome to the SMS Terms and Conditions ("Terms") for WJRJ and PICCCC’s SMS services provided through Microsoft Teams. These Terms govern your use of our SMS functionality. This service is used strictly for 1-to-1 personal communication between staff members and their assigned clients for coaching and counseling services. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and general informational notices.
Message frequency varies (approximately 1–4 messages per week). Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Your mobile opt-in data, consent records, and phone numbers will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

All opt-in methods disclose: brand name (PICCCC), message types (reminders, updates, informational notices), frequency (1–4 per week), “Message and data rates may apply,” opt-out instructions (STOP, HELP, START), and links to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Our SMS services allow users to send and receive text messages through Microsoft Teams using SMS-enabled Microsoft Calling Plan phone numbers. The service is intended for one-on-one or small group communications (up to 49 recipients per campaign) for business purposes only. This service is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid mobile phone number to use our SMS services. By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the provided mobile phone number.
Opt-in is required via one of the methods listed above. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.” To resume, reply “START.” For assistance, reply “HELP” or contact us at PartnersInChristCCC@protonmail.com / +1-210-578-0961.
Messages are limited to text-only business communication. Prohibited uses include marketing, spam, or unlawful content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PICCCC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the cost of the service, if any.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kerr County, Texas.
